There are 2 platforms that applicants may engage with us on. Our Ticketing System is the primary platform and should be the first point of help for all applicants. This will generate a case number that will be requested when seeking help from one of our agents at the Call Centre, our secondary communication platform
*Applicants must be sure to have their case reference number when calling into the Call Centre to ensure that their call is correctly addressed. Callers without a reference number may be redirected to our ticketing system.
