1. Registration

As long as an applicant logs a query with us before the closing date of any Verification, Application, or Allocation phase, an applicant can still be assisted. Applicants are advised to contact our friendly User Support Agents by logging a ticket clicking here.

This could be an error from the preloaded data from the Applicant’s Institution of Higher Learning or Statutory Council and can be rectified. Applicants are advised to contact the help-desk logging a ticket by clicking here and a friendly User Support Agent will get InTouch with you.

  1. Caching & Network Challenges.  We urge you to make sure that your network is working properly. Then you clear the cache and start over again.

Clearing Cache

To clear browsing data when using google chrome : >> tap 3 dots At the top right on the url search bar >> select more tools >> select clear browsing data >>  choose Time range(all time) >> choose Advanced >> tick everything >> Clear browsing data.

You are recommended to use Google Chrome as your preferred browser throughout the Verification, Application and Allocation Process.

This is a generic User registration form that is not only applicable to Interns and Community service applicants but also to Provincial and National users. If you are a Intern the answer would be “Student”. If you are a Intern and Applying for Community Service the answer would be the Provincial Department that is currently employing you ie. “Gauteng Department of Health”.

If you already filled any other information in this text, do not worry we will rectify this as it is a required field used for Provincial and National users.

Log into the ICSP Online system  directly at:  this link  and then fill in your username, which is your ID number  and your password  to verify your registration. Alternatively, Click  here to be directed back to the homepage of the info site and click the orange button written ICSP Annual 2020.

Ensure that you check and complete all the necessary fields, before clicking on the submit button at the bottom.

NB: You must update your account details and click the submit button to proceed to the next stage of the application process.

On the ICSP Info website, under the contact us section, you can raise a ticket with the Call Centre to make the necessary changes for you.

This message usually indicates that you have multiple user accounts. Contact the Call Centre for assistance.

  • Send an enquiry to ICSP support online by registering a ticket directly.
  • Alternatively, call the Call Centre on 087 012 5082.

NB. Calling the Call Centre at 087 012 5082 are the last line of contact and must be accompanied with a case reference number from the OS ticketing system.

You should have received 2 emails from ICSP Online to reset your password and gain access to the cycle. If you have not received these emails, please complete this registration form on the self-registration portal so that the Call Centre may create a profile for you.

No registration will be necessary. The system has been pre-populated with applicants for the mid-year cycle. Applicants will only be required to update and verify information on their profiles.
